Returns

Our return policy lasts fourteen days. If fourteen days have past since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These situations include any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days of receiving the product.

Exchanges 

We only accommodate exchanges of products if we accidentally shipped the wrong product to your address. If we made a mistake with your order, please email us at info@leathertrust.com. We will provide a prepaid return label if an exchange needs to be made because of an error on our end.

We do not accommodate any exchanges of products because you changed your mind about the product you chose. If you wish, you can return the product within 14 days, and if approved, we will refund your purchase. As a result, you can make another purchase on our website.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
