Returns:

Leather Trust products may be returned by mail within fourteen days of purchase. To be eligible for a partial refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. 

Personalized products are considered final at purchase and cannot be returned. Personalized products are considered any product with a personal engraving such as initials, a brand, etc..

Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable. However, if you are returning the item for repair because of damages caused by Leather Trust, we cover the shipping cost in that situation.

Refunds:

Full refunds are only offered if you cancel an order before Leather Trust begins working on your band.

You qualify for a partial refund if you return the product to Leather trust by mail within fourteen days of purchase. The partial refund will vary by product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days of receiving the product.

Exchanges:

We do not accommodate any exchanges of products because you changed your mind about the product you chose. If you wish, you can return the product within 14 days, and if approved, we will refund your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received:

If  you received the wrong band, or your band was damaged, please email the details of the incident to info@leathertrust.com.

If the damaged band was due to an error by Leather Trust, we will repair the band free of charge.

If you received the wrong band, we’ll make sure you get the right band. Please mail the wrong band us and we’ll gladly cover the shipping cost.
