Leather Trust bands are usually completed between three and five business days. However, during high volume times, wait times may increase to three to four weeks.

We advise that you place holiday orders at least six weeks ahead of time.

International Shipping

Priority Mail International: $25-$35, 6-10 business days
Priority Mail Express International: $45-$65, 3-5 business days

Yes, Leather Trust products may be returned by mail within fourteen days of purchase if they meet the requirements below.

To be eligible for a partial refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, and the product must not be personalized.

Personalized products are considered final at purchase and cannot be returned. Personalized products are considered any product with a personal engraving such as initials, a brand, etc..

Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.

Orders may be modified or cancelled by emailing info@leathertrust.com as soon as possible.

To modify your order, please email your order details and your required modifications. 

To cancel your order, please email your order details and the reason for cancelation. If work has already begun on your band, you can qualify for a partial refund. You are eligible for a full refund if no work has begun on your band.

Leather Trust will fix errors on your band that were caused by us free of charge.

Send an email to info@leathertrust.com with your order details and the mistake made on your band.

We’ll email you a return slip for you to use when mailing your band back to us. Return your band by mail  and we’ll ship it back to you after it’s fixed.
